About the Role

We are seeking an innovative Chief Blockchain Architect to lead the development of our advanced blockchain and gaming platform. In this strategic leadership role, you will design a high-throughput, low-latency blockchain designed for massive parallel execution to support large-scale gaming applications. Your expertise will shape the blockchain architecture, ecosystem infrastructure, and drive innovative tooling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to realize our vision.

As a foundational member of our leadership team, you will also recruit, mentor, and lead a skilled blockchain engineering team. Candidates should possess a proven track record in blockchain infrastructure projects and demonstrate deep expertise in consensus algorithms, distributed systems, and smart contract platforms. A comprehensive background in enhancing blockchain performance, along with hands-on experience in performance-critical programming languages, is essential. Understanding regulatory and compliance frameworks is crucial for this position.

We value creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset, seeking candidates who thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment. While not mandatory, experience in gaming or entertainment infrastructure, knowledge of cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, or secure multi-party computation, as well as familiarity with AI-driven systems or developer tool ecosystems, will be advantageous.
