Chief Data Scientist

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Data Scientist based in Singapore.

The Chief Data

Scientist will lead data strategy initiatives, oversee data analysis projects, and drive innovation in the application of data science to solve complex organisational challenges.

Responsibilities include developing AI models, uncovering data patterns, mentoring a team of data professionals, and collaborating with key stakeholders to devise data-driven solutions that align with the organisation's goals.

Qualifications Master's or Ph.D. in a related field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or AI is strongly preferred Design and develop multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) models for complex, real-world environments Build and evaluate counterfactual and causal inference models for decision support Collaborate on system architecture integrating learning, simulation, and optimisation components Conduct experiments, simulations, and performance evaluations Translate research concepts into practical, deployable solutions Expertise in Computer Science and Data Science, with proficiency in Python and ML frameworks Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Experience in driving data strategy and implementing data-driven solutions in a business environment
