Role Description
The Chief Financial and Revenue Officer (CFRO) will provide strategic financial leadership to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring financial stability for LGO Hospitality. In this on-site, full-time role based in Los Angeles, CA, you will oversee financial planning, manage budgets, and conduct financial analyses to guide business decisions. The CFRO will also ensure compliance with tax regulations, manage accounting functions, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance, Financial Analysis, and budgeting to evaluate performance and develop strategies for revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting practices, reporting standards, and financial operations management.
- Expertise in Tax and Tax Law to ensure compliance and optimize financial strategies within regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to provide data-driven insights, manage complex financial projects, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline is required; advanced degree or CPA certification is a plus.
