We are partnering with a sophisticated private family office seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to serve as a strategic advisor and financial steward to the Principal.

This is a rare opportunity for a senior finance leader with deep family office, private wealth, or complex multi-entity experience to oversee the long-term preservation and growth of significant generational wealth.

The CFO will lead all aspects of financial strategy, including:

  • Wealth preservation and long-term financial planning
  • Cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple entities
  • Investment oversight and external manager relationships
  • Tax strategy, estate planning, and wealth transfer
  • Financial reporting, governance, and risk management
  • Oversight of real estate, lifestyle, and luxury assets
  • Strategic partnership with philanthropic initiatives
  • Leadership of the finance function and external advisors

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, within a family office, or private wealth platform, along with strong expertise in tax structuring, estate planning, and complex asset management. With the ability to go to their Greenwich, CT office 3 to 4 days per week.

This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role and work directly with the Principal on matters spanning wealth, legacy, and long-term impact.

Compensation:

  • $450k/500k total compensation

Days in CT office:

  • 3 - 4 days per week
