Job Description

CFO Opportunity at CXT Software

Are you an innovative finance leader who sees the CFO role as a pivotal part of a company's strategy? Do you get energized by the challenge of driving profitable growth through both organic initiatives and mergers & acquisitions? Do you take pride in refining processes and systems to minimize manual tasks, allowing your team to focus on meaningful insights? If this describes you, we want to hear from you!

CXT Software is the technology backbone for delivery operations, catering to courier, last-mile, and healthcare logistics companies throughout North America. Following our merger with e-Courier, we have formed the largest TMS designed specifically for last-mile and courier operations. With the backing of Ionic Partners, we're on a mission to achieve operational efficiency, regain profitable growth after a phase of investment, and pursue further acquisitions. We aim to double our impact in the next three years, and we need a visionary CFO to help navigate this exciting growth phase.

In this critical leadership role, you will collaborate with a talented team focused on growing our company and building a platform that helps our customers enhance their efficiencies and grow their own businesses. CXT is committed to driving organic growth while exploring multiple strategic acquisitions to fortify our offerings. As the CFO, your involvement will be crucial for these initiatives, and you will also serve as a primary representative of the company to investors, lenders, and customers. Supported by proven best practices and senior leadership insights from Ionic, you will complement the extensive experience and judgment you bring.

This role transcends traditional finance; it’s a chance to influence CXT’s future through organic growth and acquisitions, while representing the company in front of various stakeholders. If you are ready to leverage your financial and strategic expertise to propel CXT forward, we are eager to connect with you!
