Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and seize business opportunities while developing necessary internal processes and controls for scalable growth.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on thorough financial analysis and market trends to shape and guide our strategic direction.
- Drive long-term financial planning and scenario modeling to enable informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
- Serve as a representative of CXT to investors, lenders, and potential partners, showcasing our financial stability, operational excellence, and strategic vision.
M&A Leadership:
- Lead critical merger and acquisition activities from thorough due diligence to effective integration planning and execution.
- Collaborate with legal teams, operations, and third-party advisors to ensure successful transaction execution.
- Oversee the financial integration of new acquisitions, ensuring systems alignment and effective synergy tracking.
- Prepare the organization for future strategic transactions, including exit readiness and due diligence processes.
Financial Oversight and Management:
- Present financial performance and strategic insights to the Board of Directors.
- Implement scalable financial procedures that consolidate legacy systems, accelerate decision-making, and streamline integration of new acquisitions.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and establish robust controls and risk management strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Lead budgeting, monthly reporting cycles, and continuous visibility into current and projected performance.
- Own key SaaS financial metrics, like ARR, retention, CAC/LTV, and unit economics, working closely with Revenue Operations to bolster data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of diverse finance experience.
- 5+ years in a software company, serving as CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.
- 5+ years in a commercial business organization, such as a Controller or VP of Finance.
- 4+ years at a recognized accounting firm (ideally Big 4) or in business consulting or investment banking.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional transformations.
- Experience with M&A diligence, structuring, and integration.
- Experience working in SaaS companies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving transformational processes, including automation and enhancements.
- Familiarity with AI agents is a plus.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $300,000
- Variable Pay: $75,000
- Total On Target Earnings (OTE): $375,000
