About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Investment Officer (CIO) who excels in quantitative crypto trading, XLT strategies, and DeFi markets. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to craft and implement robust trading frameworks aimed at maximizing returns through advanced algorithmic design, risk management, and automation.

This pivotal role demands a visionary leader capable of merging traditional investment principles with the rapid pace of crypto markets. The successful CIO will have a proven track record of managing substantial portfolios exceeding $20B in value, demonstrating strong leadership abilities in guiding a team of quants and data scientists. The perfect candidate should possess a strategic outlook combined with technical expertise in algorithmic trading, XLT, on-chain data analysis, SMA, AI, and Web3 technologies.

Additionally, knowledge of wealth management sectors in Canada, Dubai, and Australia is a plus. If you have a history of thriving in high-growth, dynamic environments and a knack for attracting and retaining top talent, we want to hear from you.
