About the Role

We are on the lookout for a transformative Chief Investment Officer with a focus on quantitative cryptocurrency trading, particularly in the XRP and DeFi sectors. In this pivotal leadership role, you will design and implement cutting-edge trading strategies aimed at enhancing our algorithmic frameworks, optimizing risk management, and automating processes. We seek a leader who seamlessly combines traditional finance expertise with the dynamic developments in blockchain and Web3 technologies.

Your key mission will be to amplify our digital asset management and wealth management offerings, leading to a substantial increase in our assets under management (AUM). Ideal candidates will bring at least 10 years of experience in quantitative trading or portfolio management, demonstrated by a successful track record of managing teams with significant AUM. Critical competencies include algorithmic trading expertise, proficiency in on-chain data analysis, and strong technical acumen.

We desire a candidate with a proven history of building and leading high-performance teams, along with experience in vendor management and public representation of the firm. A solid foundation in both cryptocurrency and traditional institutional markets is vital as you guide us toward achieving our ambitious AUM growth targets.
