Fully responsible for the design and implementation of the company's overall risk management framework for cross-border payment operations.
Lead the development of risk strategies, model optimization, and system iteration for cross-border payment services. Establish a full-link risk control mechanism covering pre-event, in-event, and post-event stages to effectively prevent various risk incidents such as cross-border transaction fraud, money laundering, and cash-out schemes.
Deeply engage with domestic and overseas regulatory authorities to ensure the company's cross-border payment business complies with regulatory requirements in both jurisdictions, and handle regulatory inspections and compliance audits.
Manage the risk control team, build a robust team structure and talent development system, define team performance assessments and career development plans, and enhance the team's professional capabilities and risk control efficiency.
Regularly produce risk analysis reports and risk alerts, provide risk decision support to the company's management, and identify and mitigate major business risks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in risk control management within cross-border payment or licensed payment institutions, including at least 3 years of team management experience.
Proven experience in establishing a complete cross-border payment risk control system, with in-depth knowledge of domestic and overseas payment regulatory policies and compliance requirements.
Strong ability to identify, analyze, and make decisions on risks, with the capability to independently handle complex cross-border risk scenarios and regulatory compliance challenges.
