Job Requirements：
Academic Background
PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
10+ years of research experience with working experience at world-class universities, laboratories, or corporate research institutes.
Published 20+ papers in top-tier journals/conferences (including Nature sub-journals, TPAMI, NeurIPS, etc.), or led major key research projects.
International academic influence is highly preferred, such as serving as conference chair, journal editorial board member, IEEE/ACM Fellow, etc.
2.Management Experience
5+ years of experience managing research teams (team size ≥ 20), with expertise in interdisciplinary collaboration.
Successfully led national-level or enterprise-level major research projects.
