Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, and implement effective corrective solutions.
- Advise and educate clients on proper operation and preventive maintenance practices to extend equipment lifespan.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive service reports detailing activities performed, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors and stakeholders to promote teamwork and effective problem-solving.
- Adhere to all workplace safety policies and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure all stakeholders understand and comply with safety responsibilities.
- Work in a field-based environment, including outdoor conditions, with travel to client sites as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in chiller maintenance, commissioning, or HVAC-related roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems, HVAC principles, and electrical/control systems.
