Job Description:

  • Support customers with on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of Agilent Chromatography systems
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
  • Perform maintenance and repairs
  • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
  • Train other field engineers and customers on solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or other university-level degrees in related science fields (e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology)
  • 1-2+ years of experience working with analytical instrumentation, ideally including repair, maintenance, and/or troubleshooting
  • Experience or expertise with Chromatography (LC) and Mass Spec (LCMS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver's license required
