We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Electronic Trading Access Analyst to support global trading operations across Forex and Fixed Income markets. This role sits at the intersection of technology and front office trading, ensuring seamless client access across multiple electronic platforms.
This individual will be responsible for managing client access across 12 electronic trading platforms and internal systems, enabling asset managers to transact with trading desks across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client access across electronic trading platforms and internal tools supporting FX and Fixed Income trading
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts for external clients and asset managers
- Adjust and maintain pricing tiers across products
- Update and manage sales coverage linkages between clients and sales teams
- Support onboarding and integration of new trading platforms and enhancements to internal tools
- Manage creation and deletion of books within trading systems
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of statistical and reporting files
- Partner closely with trading desks, sales, and technology teams to support day to day operations
Qualifications:
- Experience managing user access and permissions within trading platforms or similar systems
- Strong understanding of client onboarding and account lifecycle management
- Exposure to pricing structures and client tiering within financial products
- Experience supporting system integrations or working alongside development teams
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, front office environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Forex and or Fixed Income markets (Rates or Credit products)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or related field
