Project & Client Leadership
- Serve as a primary point of contact for select client engagements
- Support project kick-offs, coordination meetings, and ongoing client communication
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery teams
- Contribute to long-term client relationship development and account growth
Technical Oversight
- Provide high-level guidance on electrical system design and BIM coordination
- Review deliverables for quality, constructability, and code compliance (NEC, IBC)

- Collaborate with U.S. and global engineering teams on complex projects (e.g., data centers, healthcare, commercial buildings)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (or close to obtaining)
- 5–10+ years of experience in the U.S. AEC industry
- Background in engineering consulting or design-build environments
- Experience interacting with clients, project teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC, and coordination workflows
- Familiarity with BIM/VDC processes preferred

- Individuals comfortable working in a collaborative, globally distributed delivery model
Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $180,000
- Total compensation potential exceeding $200K+ for strong performers. (Performance incentives tied to project success, client growth, and new opportunities.)
