Job Description:
Currently, we are looking to fill the role of Client Portfolio Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Group (CREG) who will be tasked with evaluating, monitoring credit, and managing the portfolios of acquisition, value-add/bridge, and construction loans across diverse asset classes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the RM in structuring, underwriting, and administering non-owner-occupied commercial real estate loans while complying with the Bank's predetermined criteria and protocols.
- Function as the key liaison between clients, legal representatives, the credit department, and other internal stakeholders while working closely with the Relationship Manager.
- Reviewing and composing pre-screening records, formal loan approval memos, revisions, annual assessments, and adjustments in risk grading.
- Continuing portfolio management comprises tracking financial reports, assessing covenant compliance, and adjusting risk ratings as needed.
- Adhere strictly to the Bank's regulatory and credit conditions.
- Perform extra administrative duties and unique projects as necessary for client portfolio management.
Qualifications:
- A four-year undergraduate degree or a mix of educational attainment and directly relevant experience is a prerequisite.
- Candidates with a commercial banking background of 5-10 years, including a minimum of 2 years managing commercial real estate portfolios, are sought after for this position.
- Demonstrated expertise in underwriting, Excel analysis, and professional written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Capability to evaluate the financial records of individuals, companies, and investment funds.
- Demonstrates a robust comprehension of credit policy and procedures and excels in accurately rating the risk of loans/credits.
- Devise plans to tackle problematic credit loans.
- Displays expertise in treasury services and derivative products, demonstrating the ability to harmonize the Bank's resources effectively to deliver tailored comprehensive solutions to the company.
