Team & Role Overview
The Global Business Development team provides accurate, insightful investment data and analysis that supports product positioning, marketing, and sales across Putnam Equity strategies. The team works closely with Client Portfolio Managers, investment teams, RFP Teams, sales, marketing, operations, and compliance to deliver high‑quality analytics, reporting tools, and marketing materials in a highly collaborative, compliance‑focused environment.
Position Overview
The Client Portfolio Specialist is a key member of the Global Business Development team, responsible for delivering accurate investment data and analysis that supports product positioning, marketing, and sales efforts across all of Putnam Equity strategies. This position partners closely with CPMs, investments, sales, RFP Teams, marketing and compliance teams to analyze and interpret portfolio and benchmark data, develop and maintain high-quality reporting tools and marketing materials, and ensure timely, efficient distribution of information. The Client Portfolio Specialist responds to internal and external data demands for existing clients and prospects, providing tailored analytics and materials related to Putnam Equity strategies, and is responsible for reviewing all marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and appropriateness prior to public distribution. This position requires a strong attention to detail in reviewing portfolio data for accuracy and consistency.

Compensation Range: Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary — designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results. We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $105,000 to $115,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, depending on location and level of relevant experience.
