What You'll Do
As a Client Relationship Manager Investment Management based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in delivering first-class service to clients across Asia.
- You will manage all aspects of servicing client relationships throughout their lifecycle, including participation in pitch meetings, due diligence sessions, onboarding processes, portfolio reviews and resolving daily queries.
- You will coordinate internal stakeholder communication across various departments and levels of seniority to ensure seamless delivery of quality service to clients.
- You will take ownership for client matters by facilitating effective cross-functional coordination and ensuring timely execution as well as resolution of any issues that arise.
- You will lead project management for client events such as onboarding new accounts, transition activities or terminations by collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- You will facilitate client AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) reviews alongside other regulatory requirements by working closely with Compliance, Financial Crimes and Governance teams.
- You will participate in client-facing projects including regulatory events and change management initiatives by assessing client impact and managing communications accordingly.
- You will drive global best practice across the client service organisation by sharing insights gained from your experience with clients in different regions.
- You will maintain discipline and control during challenging situations while adapting efficiently to changes within the business environment.
- You will ensure information presented to clients is clear and easily understandable by preparing high-quality written materials and delivering verbal presentations.
What You Bring
To excel as a Client Relationship Manager Investment Management in Singapore, you bring proven experience managing sophisticated client relationships within investment management or financial services environments.
- Direct experience managing client relationships within investment management or related financial services organisations for at least five years is essential for success in this role.
- Experience handling both institutional clients (such as governments or corporations) as well as intermediary clients (including private banks or wealth managers) is highly valued.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels across different time zones, regions and cultures demonstrates your interpersonal strengths.
- Strong product knowledge encompassing various asset classes (such as equities or fixed income) plus familiarity with different investment vehicles enables you to provide informed guidance.
- Clear understanding of the regulatory environment—including AML/KYC requirements—and ability to apply these principles appropriately ensures compliance throughout all interactions.
- High level of initiative combined with self-motivation allows you to work dependably either autonomously or collaboratively within a team setting.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently under pressure while adapting responsively to change highlights your organisational skills.
