What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making.
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure, including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery and efficiency.

What We're Looking For: • Strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management.

• Proven ability to design and manage BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
• Experience working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments.

Preferred

: • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
