Clinical Research Scientist

Our client, a pioneering biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Research Scientist to join their dynamic R&D team. This is a crucial role focused on the design, execution, and analysis of clinical trials for novel therapeutic agents. You will be instrumental in advancing cutting-edge treatments from preclinical stages through to regulatory approval.

Responsibilities include developing clinical trial protocols, selecting and managing clinical sites, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.). You will oversee data collection and analysis, interpret study results, and prepare comprehensive clinical study reports. Collaboration with internal teams, including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and product development, as well as external investigators and key opinion leaders, will be essential. You will also contribute to the scientific strategy of the company, identifying new research opportunities and therapeutic areas.

The ideal candidate will possess a PhD or MD in a relevant life science discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in clinical research within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Demonstrated expertise in study design, statistical analysis, and regulatory affairs is required. A strong understanding of drug development processes and relevant therapeutic areas is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex scientific data effectively, are critical. The ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently is a must.
