CLO Operations Analyst - Boutique Private Credit Investment Fund (c£10bn AUM) - c£70k + Bonus - 3/2 Hybrid

Autumnal Partners are supporting a boutique Private Credit firm in their search for an Operations Associate to join its London-based team.

The firm manages multi-billion AUM across a diverse client base including pension funds, insurers, and institutional investors. With continued expansion across both public and private markets, this is an opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative environment during a key growth phase.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting operational oversight across funds and structured products, ensuring efficient trade processing, reporting, and infrastructure development.

This position offers exposure to multiple asset classes and close interaction with investment, legal, and external service provider teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cash and liquidity reporting across funds and structured vehicles
• Manage trade workflows across asset classes, including hedging exposure
• Coordinate with third-party providers on trade settlement and reconciliations
• Support onboarding of new investment vehicles, including reviewing structured product documentation
• Oversee reporting cycles with administrators, trustees, and outsourced providers
• Identify and implement operational improvements, automation, and system enhancements
• Maintain and develop internal data and portfolio management systems

Candidate Profile

• Experience in fund operations
• Ideally fixed income knowledge
• Preference for qualified or studying (CFA/ACCA/ACA)
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across stakeholders
• Technical skills (e.g. SQL, Power BI) are advantageous
