Position: Cloud Business Development Manager (Web3 & Fintech)
Overview
On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, we are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Cloud Business Development Manager to drive growth within the Web3 and fintech ecosystem.
This role focuses on acquiring and expanding strategic cloud clients, including Web3 platforms, digital asset infrastructure providers, payment companies, and fintech institutions.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, solution architecture, legal, and delivery teams to design and deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5–8 years of experience in cloud sales / business development / B2B technology sales
- Proven experience working with enterprise or high-growth tech clients
- Candidates with experience in Southeast Asian markets (Singapore/Malaysia) are highly preferred
- Strong ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling cloud services to:
Web3 platforms
- Payment / wallet / exchange platforms
- Strong understanding of regulatory & compliance frameworks
- Experience across Southeast Asia & European markets
- Strong executive-level communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close cloud business opportunities within Web3 and fintech sectors
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships (Founders, CTOs, CISOs, decision-makers)
- Collaborate with technical teams to design cloud architectures

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Forecast, track, and report pipeline, revenue, and performance metrics
- Support legal and compliance processes for contracts and onboarding
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and client demands
