Territory Sales Manager / CNC Sales & Applications Engineer

Location: Houston, TX

Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager / CNC Sales & Applications Engineer to join a global manufacturer of cutting tools and high-precision tooling solutions used for CNC machining in Houston, Texas.

This role is ideal for someone with prior experience selling cutting tools, machining accessories or industrial equipment in the metalworking / metal cutting industry who is looking to further their career with an established cutting tool manufacturer.

Territory Sales Manager / CNC Sales & Applications Engineer Role:

• Work closely with distributors and partners to build strong relationships and drive growth across your territory.
• Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, arranging meetings, and managing a sales pipeline through a CRM system.
• Meet with machine tool dealers, distributors and end users to discuss new products and services.
• Attend tradeshows to promote and demonstrate new and current cutting tools and machining accessories.
• Manage and grow regional distributor performance and support territory strategy.

Territory Sales Manager / CNC Sales & Applications Engineer Requirements:

• Prior experience selling cutting tools, machining accessories or industrial equipment used in the metalworking / metal cutting sector is required.
• A technical background as a CNC machinist / CNC Programmer is highly advantageous.
• Located in or live within a commutable distance to Houston, Texas.
• Willingness to travel within your territory to support distributors and end users.
• Driving license.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
