About The Role

Seeking an experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineer to develop advanced machining processes across a diverse range of materials and regulated industries. This role is responsible for creating optimized CNC programs, validating production processes, and ensuring repeatable, high-precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, optimize, and validate CNC programs using CAD/CAM systems.
  • Engineer toolpaths for complex geometries and multi-axis machining.
  • Apply cutting dynamics, chip load control, heat management, and tolerance principles.
  • Develop machining strategies for aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, superalloys, plastics, and non-ferrous metals.
  • Define tooling, fixtures, workholding, feeds/speeds, and engagement parameters.
  • Validate parts using precision metrology and CMM equipment.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts and support NPI projects.

Required Qualifications

  • AS or BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years CNC machining/programming experience.
  • Strong CAD/CAM experience and GD&T; mastery.
  • Deep understanding of material behavior, tool wear, and machining theory.
