About Our Client

Our client is a Tier One automotive supplier serving nearly every major OEM, including Tesla and Rivian. As a family‑owned organization, they have experienced rapid growth over the past several years and continue to expand with no signs of slowing. They are seeking a CNC Process Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CNC manufacturing processes while playing a key role in automation initiatives. Job Description

  • Plan, design, and develop CNC manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
  • Design and implement cost‑effective processes that meet quality, safety, and performance requirements.
  • Develop and validate prototypes; refine processes through testing and data analysis.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including setups, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally on new product, tooling, and process development initiatives.
  • Integrate new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives into existing operations.
  • Support training on CNC processes, equipment operation, and safety.
  • Work with external suppliers on tooling, equipment, and process support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong foundation in manufacturing and process engineering principles.
  • CNC machining and process development experience required; automotive manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Demonstrated creativity, continuous improvement mindset, and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and EPA guidelines preferred.
  • Certifications such as PE, Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus.
