THE ROLE
As
Co-Founder & Chief of Investing and Finance
, you are the architect of the group’s growth and sustainability. You will work in a direct partnership with the
Founder & CEO
for strategic vision, and in close collaboration with the
Chief of Risk and Banking
to ensure the absolute security, compliance, and fluidity of international financial operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Strategy & Engineering:
Structure financial flows between the Dubai holding and international subsidiaries.
- Banking & Treasury:
Lead high-level relationships with Tier-1 Emirati banks and manage global liquidity.
- Risk & Compliance Synergy:
Work hand-in-hand with the Chief of Risk and Banking to validate the compliance (AML/KYC) of every financial flow.
- Investing & Fundraising:
Direct fundraising rounds (Seed, Series A) and negotiate with VCs and Family Offices.
- Financial Governance:
Oversee accounting, balance sheets, and compliance with the UAE Corporate Tax.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (FOUNDER'S PACKAGE)
This role is a direct partnership opportunity with terms designed for a high-level strategic partner:
- Equity:
5% Ownership stake
in Vestra Core 7 holding.
- Vesting:
24-month
vesting schedule.
- Cliff:
3-month
cliff period.
- Salary:
$5,000 USD / month
(Activated upon closing of the first major fundraising round – deferred salary model).
- Bonus:
Performance-based bonuses linked to successful fundraising and group financial optimization.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience:
Minimum 10 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or as an international CFO.
- Dubai Expertise:
Mandatory deep understanding of the UAE banking system and financial regulations.
- Vision:
Proven ability to translate strategic goals into robust financial models.
- Languages:
Fluent English (working language) and French (required for coordination with the Founder).
