The Role

You will lead advanced marketing and commercial analytics to drive smarter strategy and execution.

• Partner with marketing and commercial leaders to deliver actionable insights that shape strategy and investment decisions.

• Analyse campaign and channel performance, linking marketing activity to sales and field force outcomes.

• Deliver attribution, ROI, and marketing mix analysis to optimise spend and messaging.

• Provide data-driven insight across market access, payer, and reimbursement data to support strategic planning.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership clear visibility of performance.

• Improve analytics tools, data pipelines, and reporting processes to create scalable, automated insight.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics, commercial operations, or strategy.

• Expertise in campaign measurement, attribution, ROI analysis, and performance tracking.

• Advanced capability with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.

• Experience translating complex data into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders.

• Confident partnering with cross-functional teams in regulated or complex environments.

• A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to challenge assumptions using data.
