Overview
The Commercial Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing, servicing, and growing a portfolio of commercial and business banking relationships within the Bay Area. This role supports the ongoing financial performance and credit quality of a mature portfolio through disciplined servicing, risk management, and consultative sales processes.
The incumbent proactively identifies client needs, recommends appropriate banking products and solutions, and partners with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive financial strategies. By building trusted, long‑term client relationships aligned with the Bank’s core values, the Portfolio Manager delivers meaningful value to clients while driving revenue growth, portfolio retention, and overall relationship profitability.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Credit Analysis and Credit Underwriting OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Credit Analysis and Credit Underwriting
Preferred Qualifications: credit analysis skills, underwriting, and servicing business and commercial loans
The base pay for this position is generally between $150,000 and $190,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
