40 hours/week ──────────────────────────────────── POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Manager, Systems Engineering, this role supports the development, integration, and maintenance of complex nuclear power plant system designs using model-centric best practices.

The engineer will leverage MBSE tools and practices to ensure consistency, traceability, and clarity of system requirements, functions, and architecture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Apply subject matter expertise to identify and recommend expansion of CM processes • Plan and lead initiatives to implement product-based configuration management (bills of materials, dataset traceability, KPI definition) • Develop and implement tailored CM processes and tools to reduce design risk • Recommend enhancements to change control processes • Collaborate with the PLM software team to implement process-driven improvements in Aras Innovator • Ensure compliance with NQA-1, ASME, NRC, ISO 9001, and other applicable standards MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 4-year degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related technical field • Minimum 10 years of direct, full-time CM experience • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing CM processes for complex, multi-disciplinary design projects • Familiarity with CM2, EIA-649, and product structures • Proficiency with PLM tools (Aras Innovator preferred) • Experience with bills of materials and KPI definition • Strong technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills • Experience in a highly regulated environment (NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, Part 52 preferred) • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • CM certification (CM2-C or similar) preferred • Must be eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE • Power generation or nuclear industry product configuration management If this opportunity aligns with your experience and interests, Id love to connect and discuss further.
