Job Description

Dodge is excited to welcome a Construction Data Quality Analyst to our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the Dodge Construction Network's project reporting data. This detail-oriented, analytical position focuses on the systematic review and validation of construction project records, primarily through thorough research and data analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting systematic reviews of construction project records to assess their accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluating sampled Dodge Reports, which contain detailed information on construction projects, to ensure consistency with available source data.
  • Identifying data gaps and recurring errors to uncover process or workflow issues.
  • Translating audit findings into clear, action-oriented feedback for Data Stewards and managers.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of review findings and contributing to data quality scorecards and reporting.
  • Collaborating with the Governance Team to enhance validation criteria and data governance frameworks.
  • Supporting process calibration and quality assurance initiatives to ensure consistent performance across the Content organization.
  • Occasionally reaching out to project participants such as architects and contractors to resolve specific data discrepancies when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data management, business, information systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data quality review, content quality assurance, or operational data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail, with the capability to identify inconsistencies in structured datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data review or content management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to document findings and present actionable recommendations.
  • The ability to calculate and interpret quality metrics such as error rates and completion rates.

Preferred qualifications include experience with content management systems or research databases and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary based on factors such as geography, candidate experience, and expertise. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a competitive salary, significant health benefits, and, where applicable, performance bonuses.
