What You'll Be Doing
As a Consultant, Data and Analytics, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on supporting governance, controls, and project management activities within CIBC's Data and Analytics group. In this role, you'll manage and track controls, oversee key project timelines, and coordinate deliverables to support the successful execution of critical initiatives. You'll play a key role in intake processes, prioritization, and driving process efficiency, ensuring that projects related to insights, models, automation, and reporting are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with governance standards. You'll work closely with team members and stakeholders to promote transparency, accountability, and consistent execution across the portfolio.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend at least 3 days per week on-site in our Chicago office, while other days will be remote.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $86,600 - $95,500K for the Chicago, IL market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
