Consumer Insights & Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented Consumer Insights & Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. In this remote role, you will support consumer and social research projects from initial survey design all the way through reporting. As part of your responsibilities, you will:

• Develop engaging questionnaires and detailed interview guides.
• Oversee vendor deliverables by maintaining organized research files, executing quality checks, and tracking project timelines.
• Conduct thorough statistical analyses using SPSS or similar analytic tools.
• Create insightful reports and presentations, incorporating charts and tables, utilizing Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure the accuracy of data and maintain high-quality standards in research reporting through meticulous cross-referencing.
• Compile and synthesize secondary research from various syndicated sources for internal sharing.
• Collaborate effectively with the research team to handle ad hoc data requests and support fast-moving projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in an applied research environment.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, SPSS or DisplayR, and Qualtrics.
• A strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for business decision-making.
• A background in consumer and social research methodologies.
• The capability to work effectively in a hybrid setting or fully remote.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Marketing Research, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
