Job Description

CONTENT ENGINEER

Location: San Francisco (in-person, in-office, full-time ONLY)

Compensation: $150K–$300K TC ($100K - 180K base)

Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack - an AI-powered content engine that turns executive thought leadership into a pipeline at scale.

We help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue, not vanity metrics. Virio is not a content agency. We're backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google. We’ve built a repeatable system for turning founder-led content into meetings, pipeline, and brand power.

We are building GTM infrastructure that behaves like a high-output operator, combining strategy, execution, and systems thinking. Having added $1M in ARR within the last 30 days, our recruiting team is moving quickly to hire the talent we need to continue our momentum.

We are now looking for a Content Engineer to help design, execute, and scale Virio’s content engine.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Interview executives and founders of companies between seed stage and IPO
  • Translate business goals into comprehensive content strategy for executives and founders
  • Build and execute AI-native workflows to generate high-quality LinkedIn content at scale
  • Stay on top of the latest B2B LinkedIn content trends
  • Add human polish to individual LinkedIn posts to be published on executive/founder accounts
  • Create the foundational playbook for how the content team should grow and scale
  • Work with Account Management to own a book of business to deliver results for and upsell
  • Use discretionary relationship budget to deepen client partnerships through executive experiences

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. We do not offer hybrid or remote positions.
