Mosaic Puzzles is a wooden jigsaw puzzle company based in Alpharetta, Georgia. At Mosaic, we design and build unique wooden puzzles where every piece is part of the puzzle’s story. We are a fast paced startup built by Ex-Uber and Amazon employees.
Duties
- Manage the operational P&L
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes, systems, and procedures, and lead cross-functional teams to drive change.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement tools to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste elimination, and quality improvement.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on continuous improvement methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards operational goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to continuous improvement initiatives, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in process improvement or a related field
- Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, excel, and Googlesheets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire others towards achieving continuous improvement goals.
