About this role

We are looking for a Contract Analyst to join our Strategic Investments & Corporate Finance team. This role involves providing valuation, analysis, and presentation support on multiple live transactions over a six-month period.

Strategic Investments & Corporate Finance leads the development and execution of all group-level growth and capital management strategy for GLP, and provides analytical support to GLP’s CFO on all strategic decisions. The Contract Analyst will work closely with teams in adjacent functions such as fund management, investment, treasury, legal, regional leadership, as well as external advisors, and will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of critical, live transactions including deal origination, valuation, structuring, and post-closing investment management.

This position is based in Hong Kong and will involve large-scale regional or global projects in both public and private markets across the capital stack – both debt and equity.

Key accountabilities1:

  • Perform detailed valuation analysis for existing investments, new initiatives and realisations. Build financial models to evaluate transactions across products including M&A, JVs, IPO and alternative financings.
  • Craft analysis for internal and external stakeholders such as management presentations, information memorandums, market presentations etc.
  • Assist with analysis and filings required for transaction structuring and negotiations
  • Perform due diligence, company / market / industry / product research, analysis, and documentation as required for transactions
  • Support project coordination between multiple parties

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Ideally be able to commence from May 2026; i.e. no longer actively enrolled in higher education.
  • Ideally new graduates from Bachelors or Masters programs, with prior exposure to Real Estate/ Asset Management/ Financial Institutions sectors, or prior job or internship experience in Investment Banks, Private Equity firms, or corporate strategy/ finance/ FP&A functions. Candidates with 1-2 years of full-time industry experience will also be considered.
  • Advanced user in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with other analytics software such as FactSet, Workiva would be an advantage.
  • Sound understanding of financial statement and accounting basics
  • Demonstrated aptitude to build and manage complex financial models for forecasting and driving analytical insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin is a must
  • Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news. Self-motivated, team player with good interpersonal skills. Demonstrated capability to learn on the job and work in a fast paced, high-growth dynamic environment.
