Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Responsibilities:-
- Strategic AI Consultation: Collaborate with various business units to identify areas for AI integration. You will evaluate the feasibility, risks, and challenges of proposed ideas, conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) studies to demonstrate how innovative AI can solve real-world business problems.
- End-to-End Model Development: Support the bank’s AI ecosystem by contributing to the full machine learning lifecycle. This includes participating in the planning, design, and execution of data analytics projects alongside cross-functional teams.
- Research & Governance: Keep pace with the rapidly evolving AI landscape. You will conduct research to inform the bank’s long-term AI roadmap, prepare technical reports for diverse stakeholders, and help refine AI risk management and governance frameworks.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., AI, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline).
- AI Expertise in Deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI is good.
- High proficiency in Python and experience with industry-standard ML frameworks and Generative AI development tools.
- Previous experience with data visualization software like Tableau is an advantage.
- Prior experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech is preferred.
- A detail-oriented problem solver with a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Good language proficiency in like English and Chinese.
