Control System Engineer [PLC / SCADA]
Location: Aljunied
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm
Entitled to AWS + VB + Allowances
Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC/SCADA systems to ensure reliable control operations
- Maintain and support control systems, including Windows Server environments, for system stability
- Configure and manage industrial network devices, including switches and IP settings
- Perform system diagnostics and resolve technical issues across control and network systems
- Execute routine and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliability
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to support project execution and delivery
- Analyze control system performance and prepare accurate technical reports
- Apply programming skills (e.g. ladder logic, VBA) to enhance system functionality and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in PLC/SCADA applications, network setup, instrumentation, and hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings for maintenance and fault diagnosis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration
