Controls/Automation Engineer

You will manage multiple controls projects within the warehouse automation and material handling space.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, program, and commission controls systems for material handling projects.
• Execute panel design and manage controls project lifecycles.
• Perform hands-on technical tasks requiring mechanical aptitude.
• Travel up to 50% of the time on a two-week rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in controls engineering.
• Proven experience with PLCs, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Background in warehouse automation.
• Experience with panel design.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Preferred Skills

• AutoCAD Electrical experience.
• Material handling integration experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering.
