Controls & Automation Engineer (Senior Level)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Controls & Automation Engineer with a strong background in industrial automation systems. This role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting control systems for complex industrial processes, with a heavy emphasis on Siemens platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and maintain control systems using Siemens PCS7

• Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI applications

• Support system integration, commissioning, and startup activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions

• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in controls and automation engineering

• Proven hands-on experience with Siemens PCS7 (required)

• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems

• Experience with system integration and commissioning

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications:

• Experience with Siemens TIA Portal

• Background in manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
