Controls Engineers and Technicians

We are looking for 2-3 Controls Engineers and 2-3 Controls Technicians.

The project is on site in the Dallas, TX area with travel fully funded!

The project is expected to be long term and can also turn into a permanent role.

Mid-level Controls Engineer to support testing, commissioning, and integration activities across industrial and data center facility projects. This role is hands-on and field-forward, working directly with PLC and HMI systems, instrumentation, and control panels to bring critical infrastructure online safely and on schedule.

• Experience in controls engineering, commissioning, or automation
• Proficiency with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley required; Siemens or similar a plus)
• Experience with HMI development and configuration (Ignition preferred)
• Familiarity with instrumentation types: flow, pressure, temperature, level, and analytical
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control panel drawings
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure environments preferred
• Data center MEP or BMS commissioning experience is a plus

Preferred Certifications & Licenses

• ISA Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST) or equivalent preferred
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Controls Technician (2-3 years exp) to provide field support during testing, commissioning, and startup phases of industrial and data center projects. Working directly alongside Controls and OT Engineers, this role is essential for executing loop checks, point-to-point verification, power checks, and hands-on troubleshooting to ensure systems are ready for commissioning and client acceptance.
