Duties/Day to Day Overview
- Build and support Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
- Develop and maintain Power Platform components (flows, integrations)
- Work hands‑on with Azure foundations supporting agents
- Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases
- Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
- Troubleshoot Copilot and Power Platform issues
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new solutions
- Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical teams
- Ability to quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions
- Support and troubleshoot live chatbots post‑launch
- Partner with Microsoft and internal architects
- Address new agent use cases as teams request expansion
- Limited but real interaction with merchants for troubleshooting

- Hands‑on Azure experience

- Chatbot build experience with real examples
- Support & troubleshooting mindset

- Ability to be hands‑on (“worker bee”)
