The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering our Banking client
  • We are looking for a Corporate Actions Executive
  • The role will start out as a contract
  • Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

  • Qualification in banking & finance
  • Experience working in banking industry
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in handling Corporate Action Events in a Securities Operations or Custody Environment

Job Description

  • To ensure the accurate processing of corporate actions, including the proper authorization of all corporate actions events in T24 which include (not exhaustive) :
  • Annual / Extraordinary meeting
  • Dividend, Coupon, Redemptions, Rights, Bonus issue, Split, Cash and Exchange Offer
  • Adhoc Asset Servicing Assignments (eg. Tailored Corporate Action Handling)
  • To ensure compliance of bank standards and guidelines within the area of responsibilities, where applicable.
  • To proactively provide advisory support to Front office staff with regards to their corporate action queries.
  • To investigate items in the Asset Servicing Suspense Accounts and cash and stock breaks to close out the reconciliation breaks where relevant.
  • To participate in UAT and ad-hoc projects.
