Responsibilities

Spearhead a range of corporate finance executions including IPOs, M&A transactions, and other financial advisory projects;

Conduct various due diligence spanning business, industry, financial, and legal aspects;

Prepare and review essential documentation like announcements, circulars, and prospectuses to ensure regulatory compliance;

Assist in deal origination activities and foster client relationships;

Keep abreast of evolving industry dynamics and regulatory frameworks;

Provide mentorship to junior team members and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor degree holder with outstanding academic background from reputable institutions;

1-6+ years in investment banking, with a focus on IPO transactions;

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills;

Ability to work under pressure and in teams;

Proficiency in financial analysis and regulations;

Fluent in English and Mandarin.
