Job Description:

This role blends legal support with risk management responsibilities, focusing on investigating claims and supporting corporate legal initiatives. The position will work closely with senior leadership, playing a key role in resolving incidents, managing communications with external partners, and assisting with various legal projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both investigative work and contributing to broader legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed investigations into product-related incidents and claims
• Gather and review documentation to assess liability and build case summaries
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and their insurance providers to resolve claims
• Track claim progress and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address and mitigate risk exposure
• Support the legal team with research, documentation, and special projects
• Assist leadership with ad hoc initiatives and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Background in paralegal work, legal support, or risk/compliance-related roles
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage repetitive processes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills for working with external partners and internal teams
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and managing documentation
• Self-starter who can prioritize tasks and work independently
