Corporate Risk Manager

A company is looking for a Risk Manager (Corporate Insurance) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead corporate insurance risk management and oversee the global insurance portfolio

Manage the annual policy renewal cycle and provide expert review of insurance elements in legal agreements

Coordinate insurance aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, or related field

At least five years of experience in corporate risk management or commercial insurance brokerage

Knowledge of a broad range of insurance policy types

Basic familiarity with contract law

Professional designations (ARM or CRM) and affiliations are a plus
