We are looking to hire a Corporate Treasurer based in London to join our rapidly growing Finance team at Blockchain.com. In this high-impact role, you will help build and scale a best-in-class global treasury function, supporting the company’s continued growth across both traditional financial infrastructure and digital assets. You will play a critical role in managing liquidity, optimizing capital deployment, strengthening banking and counterparty relationships, and enhancing treasury operations in a fast-moving, global environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners including corporate banks, payment providers, asset managers, liquidity providers, and other key counterparties

Lead and evolve the company’s global treasury operations across cash management, liquidity planning, funding strategy, and risk management

Develop and maintain sophisticated cash flow forecasting and liquidity models in close partnership with FP&A and broader Finance teams

Design, implement, and enhance treasury policies, controls, reporting frameworks, and operational procedures to support a scaling global business

Monitor and manage fiat and digital asset liquidity across multiple banking partners, currencies, jurisdictions, and counterparties

Drive treasury infrastructure improvements, including automation initiatives, treasury management systems, payment workflows, and operational scalability

Analyze and optimize capital structure, liquidity allocation, and working capital efficiency to support strategic business objectives

Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to manage daily funding requirements, intercompany flows, payroll, accounts payable, debt servicing, and other financial obligations

Develop stress-testing and scenario analysis frameworks to assess liquidity resilience under varying market conditions

Identify and manage FX exposures across fiat and crypto-related activities, and develop appropriate hedging and mitigation strategies where applicable

Produce treasury dashboards, liquidity reporting, and strategic insights for senior leadership and executive stakeholders

Maintain oversight of debt facilities, covenant compliance, and related forecasting requirements

Support strategic finance initiatives including acquisitions, integrations, banking expansions, and new market or product launches

Continuously assess operational, counterparty, and market risks, while implementing scalable controls and best practices across the treasury function

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

10+ years of progressive experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets roles

Prior experience operating within a complex, global Fintech, payments, trading, or financial services environment

Strong understanding of liquidity management, treasury operations, banking infrastructure, and cash forecasting methodologies

Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities, with strong attention to detail

Experience managing multi-currency cash operations, counterparty risk, and funding structures in fast-paced environments

Deep familiarity with treasury management systems, banking platforms, and treasury process automation

Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, external financial institutions, and cross-functional teams

Proven experience building scalable processes and improving operational efficiency within growing organizations

Interest in digital assets, crypto markets, and emerging financial technologies; prior digital asset industry experience is a strong plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
