We are partnering with a leading multinational manufacturer to hire a hands‑on, commercially focused
Costing & FP&A Analyst with strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product costing and inventory valuation, including standard costing and variance analysis (material, labor, overhead)
- Partner with operations to analyze cost drivers, production efficiency, and margin improvement
- Perform monthly closing activities related to costing and manufacturing finance
- Prepare and review management reports, P&L, and cost performance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
- Monitor CAPEX, production costs, and cost-saving initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis vs budget/forecast and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- More than 7 years of experience in manufacturing finance / costing / FP&A
- Strong knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Cognos TM1, Hyperion)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with both English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
