Counterparty Risk Manager(Top-Tier Bank)

Job Description

• Review credit limit applications and internal credit rating, and provide recommendations to senior management for approval
• Assess credit exposures from OTC transactions, comprehensive understanding on reviewing structure lending and bond issuer Credit
• Negotiate and review credit terms (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA)
• Prepare daily credit reports and monitor credit exposures. Resolve issues when exceptions occur and properly escalate to senior team members as necessary
• Monitor for adverse news about counterparty, credit exposures, and issuer credit quality
• Update procedures and prepare credit and risk committee reports

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant risk management experience in Brokerage / Financial institution
• Bachelor Degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline
• Sound understanding of financial products (Equities, Futures & Options, FICC, OTC derivatives)
• Good exposure of credit risk management, experienced in credit review
• Proficient in Excel / Macro
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
