Position: CRE Investment Analyst – SF (Modeling & Diligence)

A leading global real estate investment manager in San Francisco is seeking a CRE Investment Analyst to provide analytical support across acquisitions and due diligence for commercial real estate investments. The role requires 1–2 years of direct real estate investment modeling experience in Excel and Argus, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field. Responsibilities include financial modeling, preparing cash flows, and market research.

Compensation includes a base in the lower 100k plus a performance-based bonus.
