Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Draft loan and security documents based on the terms and conditions specified in SME/ Corporate loan applications.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties or legal representatives regarding the terms and execution of loan documentation.
  • Offer advisory services to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests concerning loan documentation and operations, while negotiating credit terms with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience, ideally in handling loan documentation within financial institutions or corporate banking.
  • Solid understanding of banking operations and applicable laws and regulatory standards.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English; fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Candidates with additional experience may be considered for a checker position.
