We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented Credit Analyst to support credit management, accounts receivable, and billing operations within our Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts for credit risk changes and update credit limits as needed

• Research and establish credit terms for new customers

• Review account balances, credit limits, past‑due invoices, and payment history

• Research, resolve, or escalate customer billing and credit disputes

• Create, maintain, and monitor credit and loan files in Microsoft Great Plains (Dynamics GP)

• Follow up with customers both internally and externally regarding credit and payment status

• Approve deliveries and shipments, including credit hold releases

• Communicate clearly with customers and Sales regarding credit holds and order delays

• Process billing, accounts receivable transactions, and credit memos

• Complete vendor credit forms and related documentation

• Perform additional accounting and finance duties as needed to support the department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required)

• 2–4 years of credit analysis, accounts receivable, or collections experience

• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Great Plains (Dynamics GP) required

• High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
